A traditional birthworker (or doula) supports the physical process of bringing a baby into the world. As a Spiritual Birthworker, I support the spiritual and emotional process of bringing a new version of you into the world. I hold space for your transformation, helping you navigate the "labor" of shedding old skins and stepping into your true power. 

Not at all. While I am initiated into certain spiritual practices, my coaching is open to anyone who is respectful and open to spiritual growth. We work with the universal principles of energy, ancestry, and authenticity. I meet you exactly where you are on your own spiritual path. 

Coaching often focuses on the "how" of your future, while Mediumship provides the "why" from a higher perspective. By connecting with Spirit and your ancestors, we can uncover root causes of blockages and receive guidance that practical logic might miss. It adds a layer of divine clarity to your actionable life goals. 

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing. During a session, I work to balance your energetic field. Most clients feel a deep sense of relaxation, clarity, and peace. It’s like a "reset button" for your nervous system, making it easier for you to take practical steps toward change.
