About Me

 The path to coaching is rarely a straight line; it is a tapestry woven from years of dedicated service to others. With a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Psychology and a Master of Science in Education, I have spent the last 20 years operating at the intersection of social services and education. This dual lens has allowed me to witness the resilience of the human spirit. My time as a social worker taught me the power of advocacy and empathy, while my career as an educator refined my ability to guide, mentor, and foster growth. These two decades have served as the training ground for the transformative work I do here at Scarlet Path Coaching. 

My personal evolution has been shaped by the diverse rhythms of the American landscape. My story has unfolded across the heart of the Midwest, the fast-paced energy of the East Coast, the rooted traditions of the Southeast, and the vibrant culture of the South. Each transition—most recently settling into the soulful spirit of New Orleans—and my time spent in the vastness of the Southwest has added a new layer to my understanding of "home" and "self." These migrations were more than just changes in zip code; they were internal shifts that taught me how to remain centered while navigating the winds of change. 

 To know where you are going, you must honor where you come from. My connection to genealogy and lineage is the heartbeat of my practice. I believe that we carry the strength of our ancestors in our DNA, and my work is rooted in walking the Red Road. To me, this path represents a commitment to living in balance, harmony, and spiritual integrity. It is a way of existing that honors the earth, our heritage, and the sacredness of every breath. By aligning my life with these values, I provide a framework for others to reconnect with their own ancestral wisdom and find their unique rhythm in the world.
